Sustainability is our top priority. That's why we use original boxes for as long as possible, maximizing their lifespan. Additionally, we give any other cardboard boxes a second life, contributing to conserving resources and preserving our environment. Currently, shipping is only possible within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Items are delivered by mail or can be picked up. We want you to feel like you're renting something special. Each order is individually and beautifully packaged, so you feel like you're buying something new.
In your account, you can view and cancel your subscriptions. After logging in, click on "My Account" > "My Orders" and cancel your subscription(s).
Please note that all pickups and returns must be arranged in advance via email to logistik@appisberg.ch. The pickup location is open only on weekdays at the following times: In the morning from 7:30 to 9:15 and from 9:30 to 12:00 or in the afternoon from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 15:15 to 16:30. On Fridays, pickups and returns are only possible until 15:00.

For hygienic reasons, the product should be cleaned before it is sent back.
The rental period begins on the date of the order. The rental agreement can be terminated at any time with one month's notice. For the termination to be effective, all rental items must be returned no later than 5 days after the termination date and received by GAIA. The minimum rental period is therefore one month. The minimum rental period also applies if the product is returned early, only wants to be tested or is possibly not suitable.
