Enjoy your products for as long as you wish. The weekly or monthly charges for rented items are automatic. You can return the products anytime or contact us if you decide to purchase them.

What happens when products wear out?
Light stains and natural wear and tear are the risks GAIA takes to make you happy. All cases of natural wear and tear are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact GAIA immediately at info@gaia-children.com for further information.
When and how can I cancel my subscription?
Please log into your customer account. Under "My Orders" you can check until when and how your subscription can be cancelled.
What are the delivery charges?
Economy
– Up to 2kg: 7.00 CHF

What packaging do you use?
Sustainability is our top priority. That's why we use original boxes for as long as possible, maximizing their lifespan. Additionally, we give any other cardboard boxes a second life, contributing to conserving resources and preserving our environment. Together, we can make a difference – every step towards sustainability counts.

Nicht nur ist GAIA Children eine tolle, nachhaltige Idee, sondern auch der persönliche und unkomplizierte Kundenkontakt/Service überzeugt. Der Satz, den wohl alle Eltern kennen: „es ist alles eine Phase“ gilt ja auch für notwendige Ausstattung und Equipment, umso besser, dass man für jeden Phase etwas bei GAIA leihen und mit anderen Eltern teilen kann. Ich miete bei GAIA immer Dinge von denen ich weiss, dass ich sie nur kurz brauche. Ich mag weder Sachen hier rumstehen haben noch möchte ich stundenlang auf Verkaufsplattformen verbringen. Oder weil ich es testen will. Zum Beispiel habe ich aktuell die Trage von Artipoppe, die kostet neu zwischen CHF350-400. Pro Monat zahle ich aber nur CHF33 und kann dann entscheiden ob es sich lohnt, eine neu zu kaufen oder weiterzumieten. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass es so ein Angebot gibt. Und gleichzeitig kann man noch was für die Umwelt tun, denn seien wir ehrlich es braucht nicht noch 50 weitere Tripptrapp auf Ricardo.

I have been happily renting things for both my kids for the last six months. It is great to have them use quality products without paying the high upfront costs associated. When they're not right anymore you can simply exchange them for other products or just send back! Recommended for conscious parents! 😊
